The 6-Week Butt Builder is a great workout with a focus on building your bottom half. This program does also feature upper body work, conditioning circuits, and lots of abs work, but the main focus is on helping to build and shape your butt at home with minimal equipment.

Equipment Required for this program is a Stability Ball (a.k.a. Swiss Ball) and preferably 2 sets of Dumbbells.
