This is the full bundle of all 4 workouts in the Lettuce Eat and Nourish [L.E.A.N.] workout series which will consist of 24 weeks worth of app access; the app provides full video demonstrations, written instructions, notes from myself, and a 2-way messaging service to stay in contact and remain accountable. Each of the programs in this series allows you to progress and continue challenging your body. Please note that equipment requirements remain the same for the full bundle - a stability ball and 1-2 sets of dumbbells.
